Mr. Charlie I. Higgins, 71, of Little Rock, Ar departed this life on Thursday, December 6, 2018. He was born August 24, 1947 in Bauxite, Arkansas.
He is preceded in death by his parents Charlie I. Higgins, Sr. and Josephine Carter Higgins.
He is survived by his wife, Julie Higgins of Little Rock, AR; two daughters, Vonda Higgins of Little Rock, Ar and Sherry (Michael) Banks of Pine Bluff, AR; one son, Charlie Higgins III of Little Rock, AR; one brother, Maurice Higgins of Long Beach, CA; two stepdaughters Katrina Andres of Jacksonville, AR and Latoria Jackson of Little Rock, Ar and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon, Friday, December 14, 2018 at St. Peter’s Rock Baptist Church, 2201 Brown Street, Little Rock, AR. Visitation 6:00 – 7:00 pm, Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the funeral home. Interment Valley Pine Cemetery in Little Rock, AR.
