Obituary for Caroline Regina Dobynes
Caroline Regina Dobynes, 48 of North Little Rock was born on May 27, 1958 in Shirley, Massachusetts to theunion of James and Katie Coleman.  Caroline’s family settled in Sacramento, CA in 1972.   In 1976 Caroline graduated from Hiram Johnson High School in Sacramento where she received an outstanding achievement award and was the 1975 Homecoming Queen.  She was a member of the Regional Occupational Program (ROP) through which she got her first job at the age of fifteen. She attended Sacramento City Community College and has worked for the CA Department of Motor Vehicles, the CA Department of Water Resources and the CA Department of the Army where she received an official commendation for exceptional performance of her duties. She was also employed by the Kroger chain in Maumelle, Arkansas. Caroline will be greatly missed by her devoted husband, Henry Dobynes, Sr.; daughters, Christina, Hanna, Helena, and Katrina all of Little Rock, Arkansas, Stephanie and Gina of Sacramento, CA; sons, Henry Jr. and Darrick Dobynes of Sacramento; father and mother, James and Katie Coleman; father-in-law and mother-in-law, George and Hannelore Dobynes all of Sacramento; sister, Susan Coleman of Los Angeles; brothers, Ronnie Coleman of Ogden, Utah, and Eric (Sonya) Coleman of Sacramento; uncle, Richard (Fannie) Nelson of Cleveland, Ohio; aunts, Leola (“Jack”) Jackson of Cleveland, Ohio, Thelma (Albert) Chapman of Los Angeles and Eleanor Thompson of Sacramento; nieces, Karen Coleman, Cassandra and Simone Story, Ericka, Allenisha, Sara, Eryn, Kiersten, and Tanisha Coleman; nephews, Julius and Matthew Jr. Story, Eric, Ernest, Edward, Teron and Ronnie Jr. Coleman; and a host of caring cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held on, Friday, July 7, 2006 at 11 a.m. at St. Mark Baptist Church, 5722 W. 12th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas.  Visitation will be 6-7pm Thursday Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home 8821 Colonel Glenn, Little Rock.  "IN YOUR TIME OF NEED...... WE CARE".
