Mrs. Bobbie Jean Dickson of Little Rock departed this life August 23, 2010. Sister Bobbie Jean Dickson was born January 26, 1941 to the late Elder Elisha Matthews and Willie Mae Matthews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sterling Dickson, Sr. and a daughter, Sterling Jean Dickson.Â
Sister Bobbie Dickson was a faithful and dedicated member of the Greater South Temple Church family where she served as Minister of Music for many years.
She leaves to cherish in her memory, four daughters, Barbara Alstork, Brenda Warren, Sandra Tims, and Diane (Carnell) Lowe; three sons, David Dickson, Sterling (Tanya) Dickson, Jr. and Matthew Dickson; one sister, Martha Jane Daniels and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be 11 am Friday, August 27, 2010 at Greater South Temple COGIC at 2623 Arch Street, Little Rock. Visitations will be Thursday 5-7 p.m. at Larry G.
