Bernice F. Armstrong, 90, of Conway departed this life September 29, 2010. She was born to the late Rev. Walter Lee and Francis Fowler on August 25, 1920. She was married to the late Claude Armstrong on January 12, 1937.
Bernice leaves to cherish her memories, her son, Kenneth (Karen) Armstrong of Conway; one daughter, Faye (Roy) Foster, Sr. of Garland, TX; one sister, Lovice Fuller of Conway. Five grandson, Rodney Jerome (Felicia) Foster, Marcus Dwayne Foster, Adrian Cedric Armstrong, Kenneth Alan Armstrong and Roy Woodie (Jennifer) Foster, Jr.; Two Great-Grandchildren, Jacob Christopher Foster and Fayth Annise Foster, a host of nieces, nephews, and friends, and a dear friend and roommate, Odessa Julius.
Funeral services 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home Chapel, 910 Walnut Street, Conway. Visitation 1-5 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Interment Robinson Cemetery.
