Baby Lawrence Embry, Jr., four months old, of Fort Smith, AR, departed this life Friday, May 24, 2013. He was born January 29, 2013 to Raynal (Polk) and Lawrence Embry, Sr.
He is survived by his parents, Lawrence and Raynal Embry, of Fort Smith, Ar; four siblings, Raycash McCullough of Fort Smith, Ar; Lauren Embry of Fort Smith, Ar; Jaizavious Embry of Fort Smith, Ar and A'myjae Embry of Houston, TX; Grandfather, Raymond Polk of Conway, AR; great grandmother, Ann Taylor of Conway,AR and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 12 noon Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Christ Temple Holiness Church, 868 Willow Street, Conway, Ar. Interment Robinson Cemetery.
