Baby Ja'Zavier Perkins, 7 month old, of North Little Rock, Ar departed this life on May 19, 2019. He was born on October 15, 2018 to Quince Shannon and Alexis Irvin in Little Rock, Ar.
He is survived by his mother, Alexis Irvin and father Quince Shannon, both of North Little Rock, AR; two brothers Jeremiah Perkins and Jamaree Shannon, both of North Little Rock, AR; grandparents Alfretta Shannon of Conway, Ar; Marvin Dwayne Perkins and Aretha Perkins, both of North Little Rock; great grandparents Rocshell Shannon of Cleveland, MS and Dennis and Keitha Johnson of Conway, Ar; three uncles Willie G. Brown and Dennis J. Weatherspoon, both of Conway, Ar and Melvin Douglas, Jr. of North Little Rock and godparents Gary Bass and Candice Hill.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 am, Friday, May 31, 2019 at Robinson Cemetery in Conway, AR. Visitation 9:30 am, Friday, May 31, 2019 at the funeral home.
