Obituary for Alma Jean Virgil-Storay
Mrs. Alma Jean (Virgil) Storay, 79, of Little Rock, Ar departed this life on Monday, May 15, 2017. She was born to the late Clarence Virgil and Althea Madden in Little Rock, Ar on October 9, 1937.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Althea Madden and Clarence Virgil; two brothers, Troy B. Madden and Claude Madden; two sons, Alfred Kobe Storay and Kenneth Storay; one grandson and two great grandsons.
She retired from Timex Corporation after several years of service.
She is survived by her husband, Alfred Storay; one son, Darrell Storay; four daughters, Marilyn Merriman, Beverly Robinson, Minister Pamela Storay and Carla Terry; two sisters Mary E. Brown and Virginia Hall; 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and a host of cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at Pilgrim Rest #3 Missionary Baptist Church, 3801 Springer Blvd, Little Rock, AR. Visitation 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Monday, May 22, 2017 at the church. Interment Rest in Peace Memorial Gardens in Hensley, AR.
