Obituary for Alberta Walker Green
Mrs. Alberta "Aunt Doll" Green, the daughter of the late Milton and Hettie Walker, was born May 26, 1915 in Preston, Arkansas, the 9th of 10 children. She celebrated her 100th birthday in May. She departed this life on Monday, November 30, 2015.
She was a faithful member of Mt. Gale Missionary Baptist Church and, until her passing, the oldest member of the church family.
She is preceded in death by her devoted niece “daughter” Marzella Turner, parents and siblings.
She leaves to mourn her passing: 2 nephews, Marzie Walker and Willie Winston; 4 nieces: Claudia Cummings, Mary Holliman, Sandra Hollowell and Peggy Bell; “grandchildren” Oscar, Janice and David, a host of great nieces and nephews, relatives and friends
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Friday, December 4, 2015 at Mt. Gale Missionary Baptist Church, 8 West Brannon Drive, Conway, AR. Visitation 6-7 pm, Thursday, December 3, 2015 at the funeral home. Interment Ray Cemetery in Conway, AR.
