Mr. Franklin Albert Gunnells of Atkins, Arkansas departed this life September 2, 2010. Born to the late Franklin Garfield Gunnells and Bertha Abrams Gunnells in Morrilton (Spring Valley Community).
Mr. Gunnells was a truck driver and a member of the Spring Valley Missionary Baptist Church in Morrilton. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Pinellia Gunnells of Atkins, AR; Two sons, Franklin Albert Gunnells, Jr. (Ivy) of Bigelow, AR; Glenn Woods of Kansas City, Mo; One daughter, Joyce Gunnells Howard of Conway, AR; Two sisters, Bernice Edwards, Little Rock, AR and Evelyn Johnson (William) of Omaha, Nebraska; One Brother, Rev. James Gunnells (Ruth) of Tulsa, OK; 8 grandchildren; 4 great- grandchildren.
Funeral services 11am Thursday St. Matthew #3 Baptist Church in Blackwell, AR. Interment Rose of Sharon Cemetery. Visitation will be 10am Thursday prior to funeral services.Â
