Obituary for Abie Credit
Mr. Abie Credit, 63, of Conway, Ar departed this life on Thursday, November 8, 2018. He was born on October 20, 1955 to the late Huie and Iona Credit in Mayflower, Ar.
Abie is preceded in death by his mother, Iona Cook-Credit; father Huie Credit; siblings Troy Lee Credit, J.C. Credit, Morris Credit, Pauline Harper and Louella Reece.
Abie was a licensed contractor and concrete finisher. He was the owner of Credit Cement Construction.
Abie was an anointed man of God. He served as a former Elder at Full Counsel Metro Church in North Little Rock, AR, where he faithfully served in the Security Department under the leadership of Bishop Silas and Dr. Jennifer Johnson. He graduated from the Full Counsel School of Ministry. Abie was a faithful and caring husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
Abie is survived by his wife, Lillie Credit; children Derald, Bridgette (Dedrick) Harris and Marie, all of Conway, AR; ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren; five brothers Lewis (Pat) Credit and Willie Credit, both of Mayflower, AR; Marvin (Mae) Credit and Michael (Joyce) Credit, both of Conway, AR and Ricky (Joyce) Credit of North Little Rock, AR; two sisters, Stella (Bill) Robinson of Kansas City, KS and Beatrice (Theardis) Stubbs of Mayflower, AR and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Full Counsel Metro Church, 1700 Maple Street, North Little Rock, AR. Visitation 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Friday, November 16, 2018 at the funeral home. Interment Palarm Cemetery in Mayflower, AR.
