The Family of the late Mr. Ephraim Maltbia wishes to acknowledge with deep gratitude and appreciation the many comforting messages, prayers, food, flowers.  Your expressions of kindness and concern with your thoughts and deeds we received at the passing of our father.  We would like to send a special thank you to Dr. John Smith, Dr. Tyrone Lee, Conway Regional Hospital and Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home.
Family of Mr. Ephraim Maltbia

Mr. Ephraim Maltbia was born March 1, 1913 to the late Huel Maltbia and Bertha
Lee Mason in Conway, Arkansas.  He was the 2nd of 10 children that were born to
this union.  Seven of his siblings preceded him in death.  He was a United States
Army Veteran and retired employee of FMC Corporation.  He also worked with the
Foster Grandparent Program for over 20 years.

He was united in holy matrimony to the late Mrs. Inez Fortune Maltbia on August
17, 1936.  To this union six children were born, five sons and one daughter.  One son
Charles Edward Maltbia preceded him in death.  He departed this life Sunday,
August 7, 2005 at Conway Regional Medical Center.  He leaves to cherish his
memories: Four sons, Lee Maltbia, Joel Maltbia, Earnett Maltbia all of Conway,
Arkansas; Jerry Maltbia, Germany; One daughter, Joan Bunting, Conway,
Arkansas; Two sisters, Margie Williams and Doris Marie Foster both of Chicago,
IL; a host of Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and

 Funeral services will be held Saturday 11:00am  August 13, 2005 at True
Holiness Saints Center, 198 Hwy 286 East, Conway, Arkansas. Visitation will be
4:00-7:00pm Friday.  Interment, Sinai Cemetery.  Arrangements, Larry G. Acklin
Funeral Home, Conway 327-1124.  "In Your Time of Need....... We Care".
