Monroe G. "Doc" Kelley, 89, of Conway, departed this life February 26, 2010. Born to the late Dudley Kelley and Georgia Thomas in Conway, Arkansas. He was a member of the Harrison & Willow Street Church of Christ and a WW II Veteran of the United States Navy. Mr. Kelley was also preceded in death by a son, Jackie Kelley; two brothers, Joseph Kelley and Luther Kelley; two sisters, Naomi Langley and Helen Jackson.
Survivors- Wife, Gearldine Kelley of Conway; Four Sons, Robert Kelley of Dallas, TX; Raymond Kelley and Wade Kelley of Conway; Terry Kelley of Richmond, CA; Two Daughters, Rasheedah Kelley of Fort Smith, AR; Melonie Kelley - Sims of Germantown, TN; 22 grandchildren, 23 Great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 11am Thursday March 4, 2010 at Harrison & Willow Street Church of Christ in Conway.
Interment Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be 7-8pm Wednesday March 3, 2010 at Harrison & Willow Street Church of Christ. Arrangements entrusted to Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home, Conway. "IN YOUR TIME OF NEED...... WE CARE."

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I use to work out at Conway Regional and Mr. K always had a smile on his face and a zest for life. What a great man, who will be missed. I am thankful for the privelage of knowing him.
